This large fireplace hood was featured in the KBIS... more 1st place Large Kitchen in 2013. It features a double wall Type A rated chimney vent stack. We used UL listed custom 23" chimney vent for the top 2 feet where the stack penetrated combustible wooden structure. The rest of the way down is custom fabricated structural double wall duct to support the hood. The hood is single wall seamless copper. It's made from 16 Gauge fully-welded copper, and has our medium antique patina.
