Zinc Door with Porthole Windows
This heavy duty restaurant front door is 48" wide and 83" tall. We fabricated the front and back fully welded seamless 16 gauge zinc shells, bonded them to the wood core, and then we continuously welded all of the joints to make the assembly completely seamless. The port hole windows are double sided glass with stainless steel flanges. This door weighed about 400 pounds, and mounted on heavy duty top and bottom pivot hinges that were recessed into the top and bottom edges of the door.
