This custom copper hood was created using a fire forge, and embodies rustic nature. A copper hood like this features extensive smith work everywhere, including the hand-hammered steel straps and hanging ceiling mounts. Even the main body of the hood has a texture and finish which can only be created using a fire forge. To top it all off, hand-textured steel rivets are used to attach the straps to the body. In the end, the sheer amount of labor and care required to make this copper hood sets it apart in the world of custom creations.
